The LEGO Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Performance and Technology to join the Marketing team

This role is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of data-driven decision making and optimization across the global marketing organization in the LEGO Group.

This is a permanent role that could be based in our office in London, United Kingdom or Billund, Denmark.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive global marketing performance, projects, and tools

• Support global, regional, and local marketing functions in day to day operations as well as strategic decision making.

• Act as a Center of Excellence for marketing performance

• Support one aligned and consistent marketing data platform across the organization while scouting for the next level of marketing performance platforms.

The Global Marketing Performance and Technology (MPT) team is part of Brand, Marketing, Insights and Partnership (BMIP), a global marketing team working across the full marketing value chain.

MPT supports the Marketing organization in establishing data–driven decision making to maximize business and brand impact. The aim is to create a culture of marketing effectiveness that builds capabilities, promotes ownership and accountability to optimize marketing spend and mix across all marketing disciplines strategically as well as in day-to-day operations. The team is also responsible for building marketing planning and reporting platforms, providing insights on the effect of paid, owned, and earned marketing activities and supporting the global product and marketing development. The role plays a pivotal role in enabling the organization to make the right decisions.

Do you have what it takes?

You have a Master’s degree in Marketing. You have solid experience working with larger media agencies and/or social platforms. You are a good communicator and a strong collaborator, and you bring extensive marketing experience including developing, launching and burn-in of marketing systems and platforms.

In addition, you have:

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• Experience collaborating with and working across several functional areas

• Expertise in change management

As an individual, you are proficient in English. You are well-organized and highly analytical with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time. You enjoy working as part of a team and explore new great solutions to complex problems.
