The Expertise We’re Looking For Experience in:
5+ years of business to business (“B2Bâ€) marketing experience; a deep understanding of the workplace benefits such as 401(k)s and intermediary distribution (think advisors and consultants) is a major plus
Prior experience with new products and/or new product launches
Ability to investigate and understand product strategy in detail with analytical and customer-centric mentality
Developing and carrying out comprehensive marketing plans that account for both internal readiness and external to the market
Mining customer research for the most compelling insights to formulate value proposition and positioning that will resonate with target audience
The Purpose of Your Role
You will be an essential member of a cross-functional marketing team responsible for demand generation and client engagement related to the launch of new service offerings and features that appeal to advisors and small business owners.
The ideal team member will complement our existing all-star team with strong competencies in Go-to-Market strategy to partnering with customer research, competitive intelligence, product designers and sales leadership to craft a marketing strategy that will target the right customers with the right message at the right time.
You will develop positive relationships with business partners and collaborators to craft the strategy, establish yourself as a subject matter authority on how we will show up in the marketplace and engage with potential customers. You will play a significant role in all go-to-market efforts, client development & deployment communications, as we reinforce Fidelity as the “one stop†shop for workplace benefits. Therefore, this individual will exemplify outstanding leadership, collaboration, adaptation, and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, customer research and product partners to enable products to be launched optimally; ensure that customers are satisfied, and we are able to meet our internal success targets
The Value You Deliver
Using trends, data and insights and even technologies to build a cogent marketing strategy
Develop a concise yet impactful value proposition that establishes clear purpose and "reasons to believe" that serve as the north star for all communications and creative
Figure out the best channels and methods to reach target segments most effectively
Design and implement a content framework that supports prospects through the entire buying cycle end-to-end
Create a learning agenda with thoughtfully considered "test and learn" experiments included throughout the marketing plan
Define key performance indicators and measurement plan to assess success and pivot when needed
