Job summary
Amazon Fashion is creating a global portfolio of private label brands targeted at a wide variety of different market segments. We are looking for an analytical Senior Marketing Manager to support the development of our brands in Europe. The role is a performance marketing role and has two key focus areas: (1) Driving awareness and engagement of our brands via off-site marketing channels, with a focus on digital advertising (paid media and video), affiliates, paid social media and shoppable video. The goal is to connect with target customers and to drive awareness and engagement for our brands, whilst also achieving goals on spend efficiency, and (2) Managing the performance of our programmatic marketing channels in collaboration with the global Private Brands Central Traffic Team, this includes sponsored ads, paid social media, search and detail page widgets.

The right person for this role will have experience with online marketing, especially digital advertising and social channels, and be adept at using campaign performance data to drive ever more effective communication of our brands to customers. They must be able to work in an ambiguous environment where teamwork across functional and geographic boundaries is critical. You will have a high degree of ownership and integrity, be an independent self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive, and be someone who thrives in connecting people and ideas. You will excel at communication and be comfortable with playing a lead role in a highly visible organization, communicating at VP/Director level. You will have an understanding of operations and passion for efficiency and continuous improvement. You will also know how to pivot back and forth between thinking strategically about our brands and driving fast implementation to deliver results.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead strategy, planning and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns (display and video), influencer/social campaigns and shoppable video.
• Manage the on-going optimization of performance marketing channels to improve channel efficiency and drive business growth
• Partner with the World-Wide Private Brands Traffic Team to drive the performance of all programmatic marketing channels
• Establish and standardize all performance marketing reporting to help quickly audit channel performance, lead ad hoc deep dives and run quarterly traffic business reviews with Snr leadership
• Scope out and test new opportunities to increase brand awareness and acquire new customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
· Strong analytical skills, with 3+ years’ experience using marketing data analytics tools
· Proven experience in managing on-site marketing campaigns
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating to Director level
· Experience working to tight, pressured deadlines, with the ability to react quickly in a high-energy, fast paced environment
· Ability to manage multiple projects at once and strong prioritisation skills to manage competing priorities with internal and external stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working in marketing at Amazon
· Experience working in an international team
· Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth
· Knowledge of and passion for fashion, ideally prior experience in the apparel industry
· Competence with SQL
· Fluency in a key language: Spanish, Italian, German or French
