If so, then you are encouraged to consider this role within the Workplace Investing (WI) organization and become part of a diverse team of marketing professionals crafting the client experience at Fidelity.
The Expertise We’re Looking For Experience in:
5+ years of business to business (“B2Bâ€) marketing experience; a deep understanding of the workplace benefits like 401(k)s and non-qualified deferred compensation plans is a major plus
Developing comprehensive content strategies; including content development, communication hierarchy, and personalization, all driven by data and insights
Building communications and engagement plans that drive positive outcomes and reduce friction points
Designing, rationalizing, and optimizing cross-channel client engagement programs and Go-To-Market strategies
The Purpose of Your Role

The ideal team member will complement our existing all-star team with strong proficiencies and passion for content strategy, development, and execution to build end to end marketing programming across multi-channel, digital mediums, and experiences for maximum impact.
You will develop positive relationships with business partners and collaborators to craft the strategy and play a significant role in all go-to-market efforts, client development & deployment communications, as we reinforce Fidelity as the “one stop†shop for workplace benefits.
The Skills You Bring
Developing coordinated marketing plans and content strategies for multidimensional programs
Adapting concepts and content to a variety of channels and audiences across the customer lifecycle

Interest in translating insights into execution
Exceptional planning and project management skills and ability to handle more than one marketing event/program at a time
The Value You Deliver
Developing and implement content strategies that can connect, engage, and drive action among targeted audiences
Using trends, research and even technologies to drive compelling and relevant marketing events & programs
Bringing forward fresh ideas and innovative ways to ensure approach is modern and advancing according to marketplace demands
Having an “eye†for how to adapt concepts and content to match the tone and “personality†of the channel, while keeping the messaging consistent and on brand
Effective, impactful storytelling using a broad range of media types and placements that leave audiences knowing they don’t just want Fidelity- they need Fidelity for all of their workplace benefit needs
Crafting thoughtfully written materials from creative brief down to the keywords to improve our search performance and customer journey effectiveness
