Key duties and responsibilities

• Increasing of income earning asset base through lending executions and no of transactions as per the budgets provided by the management.
• Generating profits for the organization through maintaining given WAIRR by the Management
• Responsible in increasing the portfolio & generating a substantial amount of business through existing clients
• Fixed Deposits/Funding
• Responsible in performing a quality credit appraisal with adequate information.
• Responsible to deliver highest level of customer service in order to delight the client
• Attend to customers queries and complains immediately in order to give the feedback to clients.
• submit management reports.
• Responsible to represent marketing meetings, conferences with a proper preparation and deliver the highest contribution by providing necessary information.
   

  Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• GCE A/L Qualification & Full or Part qualification in Sales & Marketing – (SLIM/CIM)
•  Graduate or Under graduate from a recognized university
