Partner with the best

As an Senior Manufacturing Operations Finance you will develop innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes. You will partner with operations to forecast revenue and CM annually and quarterly. You will help drive better visibility into the financials. You will be responsible for quarter close, backlog reporting, and sales by country. A keen understanding of ASC606 is needed.
 

As a Senior Manufacturing Operations Finance, you will be responsible for:

  • Region strategy and execution of project and services finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities. Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, WIP/ECA, revenue and COGS booking, functional costs, and VCP
  • Responsible to advise management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Presents to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions
  • Works with cross functional teams. Has major influence on majority of the business unit
  • Handles communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others
  • Leads complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • The pay range for this role will be:  Senior Professional Band 1
  • You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Fullstream Short-term incentive program applicable for the above position.  The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results. 
  • You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level and specific requirements of each of these plans.
