What will you be doing?
As Senior Manager - Commercial Operations within our Customer Experience function, you will be accountable for aligning all commercial and operational activity. You will work across Finance, Commercial and Operational teams to align requirements, priorities, pipelines and quality of delivery.
You will represent the Customer Experience function in senior Capex forums, facing off to Exec-level stakeholders at steering committees. You will be responsible for ensuring resources are optimised without compromising on the quality of outputs.
You will own business case inputs to create an accurate plan to scope projects and align delivery. You will act as the gatekeeper for demand into the Customer Experience wider (500+) team, balancing budget, resources and timing.
