Job Description:
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who will be responsible for managing data and content for quarterly and annual business updates, supporting content development for internal and external communications, and writing and editing talking points for internal leadership events.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree required, with 7+ years as a communications analyst or manager supporting corporate communications, marketing, or corporate strategy development.
Demonstrated strength in attention to detail, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to convey themes into crisp, clean, compelling language.
Experience affecting change through communications programs.
Ability to coach/counsel senior executives regarding communications.
Understanding of financial industry is strongly preferred.
The Value You Deliver
Collaborating with members of the Communications team on developing content for senior management meetings, client conference speeches, quarterly external infographic releases, and more.
Relentlessly prioritizing communications against Business Unit Communications team goals andFidelity strategies to produce measurable results
Developing senior leader and program communication collateral including social media posts, videos, infographics, presentations, talking points and emails to achieve communication objectives
Bridge builder who works across the Communications, Public Affairs and Policy Group to align communications and messaging, as appropriate, with other business units and enterprise-focused teams

The Wi Business Unit Communications team works with senior leaders to develop and communicate Workplace Investing and Fidelity’s key business priorities and leadership messages.
