The Team
The Vendor Management Center of Excellence (VMCOE) is focused on the performance, value, and risk management for a portfolio of enterprise-level strategic suppliers. We are searching for a motivated individual who will learn and promote vendor management standard methodologies as well as assisting with financial and reporting analytics, business improvements, and enhancements.
The business analyst role will focus on providing financial support and analysis for Broadridge Financial Services (BFS). Candidates will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to handle several priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The Expertise You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
Extensive Fidelity knowledge and experience interacting with all levels of an organization
Ability to create financial models, conduct scenario analysis, understanding of financial and accounting principles
Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities
Develop and deliver cogent, informative presentations to finance and business leadership
Experience influencing outcomes based upon your ability to establish trust, engage with partners, and lead through difficult situations

The ability to communicate complex concepts or situations
You are organized and can balance projects or activities simultaneously and deliver results in an accurate and timely manner
You champion a positive outlook, value varied perspectives, demonstrate curiosity, and have passion for learning new skills and capabilities
Advance skills for spreadsheet modeling, database systems and visualization tools
Outstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills
Knowledge of Oracle, PIM and other Workflow Tools
Experience in SQL, Business Objects, Tableau or similar tool sets

Summarizing financial and statistical data with relevant interpretation and tailor presentation of data for a broad range of audiences
Synthesize data, analyses and conclusions into presentation form and deliver strategic recommendations
Strengthening cross-company partnerships and promoting vendor management standard methodologies

Discovering, understanding, and mitigating the risks of Fidelity’s vendors
