In this role you will be responsible for creating integrated and high-quality communications campaigns that promote our Planet Promise; which is our commitment to having a positive impact on the world that our children will inherit.
• Responsible for creating, planning and delivering sustainability engagement campaigns with a focus on social responsibility topics that raise awareness of the LEGO Group’s corporate responsibility ambition and create impact with our key audiences.
• An effective stakeholder manager, able to work with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders and partners to deliver projects. A true interest in understanding the views, challenges and considerations others may have.
• Project management of multi-channel campaigns, working in a matrix driven environment where excellent collaboration and prioritization is essential.
• Responsible for leading on the development of key aspects of the sustainability engagement strategy, applying insights, trend data and research to create compelling narratives that will resonate with our audiences.
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently, using initiative to drive forward tasks and get things done.
• Risk aware, able to identify issues early and suggest ways of preventing or overcoming them.
• Responsible for evaluating campaigns, establishing relevant measures and KPIs to ensure impact is measured and insights captured to continuously improve.
• An active team player, leaning in where needed, being curious and supportive to help us to drive our Planet Promise together.

Within Corporate Affairs and the department of Corporate Brand Communications, the Sustainability Engagement team leads on our communication work to inspire advocacy, co-creation and dialogue with key stakeholders on the LEGO Group’s sustainability ambitions. We not only want to position the LEGO Group as a leading responsible company, we also want to activate people and partners to play a positive difference in children’s lives, and together with us inspire a more sustainable way of living.
The ideal candidate must be a Communication Specialist with 7+ years of developing and managing purpose driven corporate responsibility and social impact campaigns. You’ll be a curious and creative thinker, a great communicator and able to connect and bridge different views from stakeholders into solutions and actions.
In addition, we expect that you will be:
