• Leads and continuously improves end-to-end service delivery including strategic vendor management and strategy for one or more Services, CBPs or application platforms.
• Ensures operational excellence.
• Accountable for all aspects of service delivery including overall quality of service, service transition, service operations and service level management, controls, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Industry or 8 years in Supply Chain management for tech industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience of leading Business Transformation and Process Improvement. Experience in network infrastructure would be a plus.
• Experience with automation, data visualization, and data manipulation a plus.
• Working knowledge or strong passion to learn P&G Network eco-system.
• Agile and DevOps certification or experience will definitely be a plus
