Position Summary: 

As a key member of the US Supply Chain senior management team, this position will lead a team responsible for the supply chain business analytics and strategic initiatives across the end to end supply chain. This includes projects, reporting, and analytics within supply chain demand and supply planning, promotions, new product introduction, supply chain master data, supplier collaboration, and S&OP for multiple customers. The role requires a transformational mindset with the ability to turn complex ideas and requirements into functional and technical solutions that delivers business value.  The position will have customer and senior leadership facing interactions, requiring strong interpersonal skills.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Lead a Supply Chain team responsible for solving business problems, leading complex multi-company projects, and executing our Supply Chain Strategy.

Develop a high performing team that is solution focused, future leaders of the company

Be a liaison and valued strategic business partner to the external customers and business partners, internal stakeholders, and IT, using a consultative approach, this role will partner with stakeholders to create strategic partnerships.

This role is responsible for owning and driving process improvement, achieving business P&L, achieving customer metrics, and identifying and driving continuous improvement including technology enhancements where needed.

Provide continuous leadership, mentoring & coaching to the Supply Chain project team.

Coordinate and manage monthly project reviews with internal and external senior leadership including preparing data-driven material for presentations to report against metrics and gauge efficiencies.

Ensure team is focused on cross-functional collaboration with Customer, Supply Chain functional groups, DC Operations, Suppliers, and any other supply chain partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives

Develop and manage supply chain projects such as implementing new supply chain solutions, process improvement changes, creating new reporting, customer KPI dashboards, supplier collaboration processes, and more.

Manage the supply chain project portfolio including the prioritization of initiatives and timelines

Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions

Develop and lead the communication to varying levels within and outside the organization on status updates

Partner with key stakeholders to maintain strong and enduring relationships both internally and externally

Continuously improve the supply chain to successfully manage the complexities of our customer’s needs

Create a culture of innovation and process driven to support our customer’s and MB strategic plans

Oversee development of program risk assessments, including sensitivity analyses

Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks according to fluctuating deadlines

Other projects or duties as assigned.
