The Opportunity 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Adobe Studio, the creative and production arm of the Adobe global marketing organization! Passionate about our craft, this team of high-energy, creative directors, writers, designers, editors, video producers, and Studio managers delivers dynamic, engaging, and award-winning content across Adobe marketing channels and major events. 

What you'll Do 

As a Senior Manager you are the communications hub for your team, working with creative directors and cross-functional team members to deliver effective, quality work that meets program objectives. In a co-leadership role with your team, you are the strategic drivers for the creative process to ensure that Studio projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. As the single point of contact between the creative team and partners, you champion collaboration and drive the entire creative production process, from consulting on briefs to resourcing and outsourcing, production, and asset delivery. In this role, you will:

  • Typically manage a team of professional-level individual contributors and may manage junior managers.
  • Engage with senior management/executives to influence thoughts and actions that benefit the organization.
  • Establish objectives for the team(s) you manage, in alignment with priorities set by senior leadership,.
  • Partner with team creative leadership in planning and execution of team goals.
  • Develop and maintain team master schedule and prioritization in coordination with partners as part of quarterly planning and execution.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of agencies and other vendors within a segment.
  • Develop processes to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with Studio squad leadership for capacity planning and implement overall Studio processes within your segment.
  • Plan and handle budget modifications, and monitor quarterly spend.

What you need to succeed 

  • 6-8 years people management experience working in a marketing environment for Tech/Corporate
  • Ability to develop and run collaborative relationships, communicating with and empowering cross-functional departments to work together for solutions and results
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with ambitious schedules and plans
  • Highly process-focused mentality with the ability to own and drive the roadmap with internal and external teams
  • Basic understanding of legal and procurement processes
