What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Manager Software Engineering, you will understand the technology environment and business functions and apply your knowledge of programming, technologies and processes to develop and maintain business applications.

You will:
• Build, develop and lead a team of engineers that are building state-of-the art web applications and services in an Agile, Scrum and Lean environment
• Assume a lead role within a major project and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators
• Manage and support the career growth of your direct reports

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years industry experience or equivalent skill; must include 2+ years in a people management role
• Strong technical skills to include experience with cloud native applications and AI/ML
• Experience building and developing high performing engineering development teams
• Expert project management skills
• Strong client management and advanced business skills
• Experience working effectively across business units and cross functional teams (product owners, data scientists, designers, qa etc.)

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
