The Opportunity

As part of the Site Operations team at Adobe, this role will have operational oversight of our portfolio in Eastern Americas across 11 sites including NY, McLean, Arden Hills, Newton, Ottawa, Toronto, Mexico City, Sao Paulo (over 2000 employees) with operating expense of $30 million annually. In addition, this role will be responsible for establishing trust and rapport with key partners to deliver on the Adobe workplace experience. This position requires strong presentation and analytical skills with facilitating and leading cross-functional meetings to interface regularly with business representatives, partners, and vendors articulating strategies and solutions.

What you'll Do

• Engage and collaborate with business partners to gain cross-functional support for key initiatives and insights across the site!
• Pro-actively lead and grow client relationships at all levels with a focus on building strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders.
• Collaborate and drive program initiatives, communications and change management to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Lead short- and long-term Sustainability initiatives, managing and reporting in concurrence with our Adobe goals
• Lead and collaborate w/ S & OP understand strategic and tactical plans associated with the workplace and real estate
• Responsible for the oversight of all vendor services, including quarterly business reviews, ensuring the ongoing performance and financial review of vendor partnerships. Lead the delivery and operation of our café and wellness program
• Ensure team is driving vendors to meet Adobe’s service level agreements (SLA) and key critical metrics.
• Lead all aspects of the financials including budget adherence and the ongoing forecasting of operating expenses and capital projects.
• Lead and use cross-functional partnerships including Design, Technology, Planning, Security, Real Estate and PMO to provide a cohesive workplace experience maintaining and influencing for GSO objectives.
• Be a champion for driving Adobe community, diversity and inclusion!
• Able to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt an aligned point of view.
• Integrate client feedback from employees, Adobe leadership and service providers into programs that bring positive outcomes to the workplace experience.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelors degree with a MBA with be great advantage
• 10 + years of experience in Facilities Management
• 5+ years in People Management
