Are you interested in developing new and innovative ways of working in retail planning?

Bring your planning & systems expertise to the table and help transform processes to enable global LEGO Retail branded channels to deliver phenomenal shopper experiences both in store and online.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage across Retail Operations and Merchandising (ROM) teams to identify opportunities for new processes and systems within the planning functions

• Be a driver and subject matter expert in systems innovation in different areas of retail planning (such as merchandise, assortment, space, and demand planning)

• Play a pivotal part in shaping and executing the ROM and LEGO Retail strategy, ensuring strategic alignment, sound prioritization and driving decisions on trade-offs

• Work with functional leaders and project managers across teams to ensure clarity and alignment on upcoming deliveries, risks and opportunities. This will include ecommerce teams, marketing, product development, supply chain, digital etc. (all global teams).

• Drive communication on progress & upcoming activities to senior management and broader teams within LEGO Retail & beyond (written & verbal). Visualise & showcase activities in ways that allows collaborators at various levels to see progress

• Lead change effort for ROM team members encouraging “futurist and innovative thinking”

The main remit for this role is to improve & innovate retail planning processes and systems in LEGO branded retail channels – LEGO Stores and LEGO.com.

You will help to drive the strategic direction, influence partners and deliver implementations for new ways of working to help us enhance the shopper experience while maintaining cost efficiencies.

Do you have what it takes?

• Strong experience from a credible Consultancy working within their Retail / Direct to Consumer division helping clients transform their ways of working

• Proven track record of process and systems implementation within retail planning resulting in tangible improvements

• Hands-on experience working with the latest versions of various retail planning systems or suites

• Solid experience in driving organisational transformation including leading projects from scoping to implementation, change management, and training

• Think strategically and end-to-end, able to translate daily challenges into broader initiatives then back into working solutions
