Job Description:
The Position
This position will work closely with the SAI investment and technology teams, supporting and directing a range of projects with diverse scope and complexity. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining relationships within SAI and cross company business and technology partners, at both the senior management and working team levels.
Responsibilities
Working with (and reporting to) the Director of SAI Portfolio Services, supporting the diverse needs of Senior Management, the group CIOs, PMs and Analysts across a range of projects and initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels with key internal and cross company business partners; act as advocate for SAI throughout the organization
Project Management and Analysis: serve as a thought leader, project driver and executer for various initiatives, working to project management, technology and other key business partner groups as appropriate. Key initial focus areas will include:
Infrastructure Development and Process Improvements
Help define overall vision and direction for infrastructure across SAI, including:
Coordinate key infrastructure projects across technology and other business partners, from analysis/design phase through development, testing and rollout
Provide business and functional requirements and / or knowledge across projects and platforms to develop and test solutions that meet business needs
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation efforts as appropriate
Participate as SME in product and systems initiatives
Provide support related to processes and infrastructure
Work with technology partners and key stakeholders to develop and refine infrastructure vision/roadmap, rationalize applications, etc. across SAI
Product Enhancements & Implementations
Represent SAI interests and perspectives in cross-company project teams
Ensure that SAI meets deliverables and makes decisions on time
Ensure that all projects meet SAI requirements and quality standards
Planning & Administration
Participate in the product strategy, planning and prioritization process with Asset Management Product (Investment Capabilities Management and Product Research & Implementation)
Coordinate SAI activity across various Asset Management shared service groups
Ensure appropriate management reporting is in place
Qualifications
6+ years working experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Broad-based Fidelity experience; experience with systems development projects, business analysis and systems analysis
Strong project management skills; experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; ability to produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations and manipulate data using Excel
Proven relationship management and strong communications skills
Strong team orientation; commitment to excellence; attention to detail

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:
$70,000 – $125,000
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
