The Senior Manager of Transfer Pricing will assist/lead various projects in the Integrated Solutions Group out of Houston

This position will be able to move among various projects as needed as someone with senior level Transfer Pricing experience in Transfer Pricing Operations at a US multinational.
 

As a Senior Manager of Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for:
 

• Supervising PwC IST for Global Documentation.
• Developing accountable due dates/monitoring.
• Improving report presentation, consistency, etc.
• Pushing implementation of automated tool for review along with parameters of limited local review.
• Supervising /Mentoring TP Controller in GTC in developing Segmented Reporting for use in compliance /planning
• Assisting in planning projects as needed including pricing change analysis.
• Conducting functional interviews for use in developing SSF support and assist in audits.
• Being the Liaison with any Finance contacts/resources to get proper data reports needed from HFM/ThoughtSpot created.
• Performing Functional Analysis Interviews for TP Documentation and assistance in planning policy updates.
• Providing data for use in management presentations.
• Assisting in Developing new processes and improvements for TP group including new OFE Margin/Stat Review Process:
• Being the Liaison with OFE Tax/TP Leader to establish templates/procedures for contract margin review for SPS equipment
• Setting up new processes for OFE LE Margin review for services
• Setting up new Process LE Margin reviews for sub-PLs for application of TP in coordination with regional tax
• Gathering and reporting UK TPD Statutory data in coordination with Stat Team.
• Improving all reporting for US Domestic/International Tax Return Purposes and Provision.
• Establishing data needed by teams for better analysis
• Creating new templates to facilitate clear communication
• Establishing working relationships with various departments across BH.

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5-7 years transfer pricing and 3-5 years other tax/finance (US Domestic/International Compliance/Tax Accounting/accounting)
• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
