Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
Location: Fully Remote

The Sr Manager, Marketing Operations, will serve as a key member of the marketing team in overseeing operational functions and coordination across analytics, sales force administration and marketing portfolio management for CVS Kidney Care.
Reporting to the Director of Content and Digital Strategy, you will lead a team to support the operational and reporting needs of the marketing team as a whole, including but limited to monthly and yearly budgetary reporting; and the digital metrics and analytics to meet our diverse business needs through people, processes, technology and data. You will also work closely with internal marketing colleagues on the CVS Kidney Care marketing team, as well as internal and external agency partners, as needed.
We are looking for a creative individual who has a passion for operational efficiencies, experience working in agile, data, metrics, and reporting to help guide our marketing efforts as we become a transformative force in the market. Operating in an entrepreneurial environment – flexibility and comfort in ambiguity will be a must to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
•5-8 years of experience in project management ( Proven track record implementing Marketing Operational process that improve efficiency and team operations. Demonstrated success in implementing campaigns and applying key learnings from diverse marketing campaigns ex: paid media, owned social, CRM that drive improved outcomes)
•3 + years of experience managing direct reports

Preferred Qualifications
•Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
•Experience working in Agile
•Working experience with managing reporting and analyzing data from multiple sources.
•Understanding of market trends, dynamics, and competitors.
•Understanding of the methodologies of research
•Basic understanding of CRM and Salesforce.
•Genuine curiosity about business and motivated by purpose
•Entrepreneurial mindset
•Project management skills and experience with content/project management/campaign planning software
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
•Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), expert level presentation skills
•Problem solving abilities / “Out of the Box Thinking†/ Critical thinking skills
