The Role

Looking for your next opportunity to innovate, scale, and drive growth? Fidelity Charitable is seeking a highly motivated individual that can use their program development & project management experience to drive growth and scale in existing programs and evaluate new areas for development.

Fidelity Charitable (FC) is looking for a talented individual to focus primarily on designing, building, and managing programs to support philanthropy including our advisor and intermediary relationships. Reporting to Director, Program Management, you will support initiatives that increase adoption and usage of new programs, while scaling and improving existing programs. As advisor needs become more complex, FC programs and capabilities need to evolve to meet those needs. You will be asked to identify and analyze business opportunities, recommend solutions, and work with cross functional and cross business unit teams to deliver prioritized solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

5+ years of product or project management experience with ability to deliver complex projects while demonstrating positive relationship skills across business teams such as technology, service, sales and relationship management, marketing, and legal

Previous financial services and managed account experience preferred

MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Your strategic approach to working across teams to deliver and achieve multi-year business goals in a cross-functional environment

Your ability to execute successfully and implement collaboratively

Your comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to work in start-up or new business environment

Your proven ability to drive innovation and improvements in a matrixed organization

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (“Fidelity Charitable”) is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits — and increased charitable impact — of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments provides all of the charitable organization’s employees and supports all of its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.
