Reporting to the Director, Inclusion Learning & Engagement, the Sr. Manager, Inclusion Activation supports the execution of the inclusion strategy through various learning experiences and engagement programs. The Sr. Manager, Inclusion Activation is an innovative storyteller, instructional designer, and facilitator who operates with the principles of adult learning and practical application at the forefront. The incumbent is a consultant, who can quickly translate desired objectives and developmental focus areas into interactive I&D content that is delivered in various mediums (traditional classroom learning, online interactive content, immersion experiences, employee roundtables, peer to peer coaching discussions, workshops, case study analysis, function-specific training, etc.) depending on the situational need and audience.
There is a strong preference for the successful candidate to be Atlanta-based. Candidates who can actively work from a CCI or CAI office will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and provide end-to-end program management (content creation, marketing, facilitation, and evaluation) of large-scale internal initiatives that support Cox’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity inclusion learning and engagement strategy.
Develop original learning content pursuant to the I&D learning and development roadmap; partnering with Talent Solutions to execute the delivery of the learning experience.
Provide subject matter expertise and consultation focused on developing robust, practical, and relevant resources for leaders, teams and employees to deepen inclusive behaviors, and actions throughout Cox culture
Assist in the development and execution of the long-term strategy to increase momentum, awareness and adoption of the inclusion strategy and associated accountabilities
Build solid relationships throughout the Cox companies to develop a deep understanding of the business operations to implement programs that are timely, relevant and poised to deliver impactful results.
Partner with the Corporate Communications teams to develop and implement engaging, I&D communications strategies (internally and externally) that connects to our Values, business goals and people priorities.
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $114,075 – 152,100. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.
Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of business experience; 3+ years of full-time Inclusion & Diversity experience preferred
4+ years proven experience in instructional design
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards regarding all dimensions of inclusion, diversity and equity.
Technologically savvy with experience creating interactive content, campaigns, and immersive learning experiences
Familiarity with video design/editing and graphic design
Expertise in managing multiple, complex, large-scale projects
Excellent oral and written skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple, deadline -driven projects
