Core Responsibilities

• Be a part of the Global Insights Business Partnering Team that work in partnership with PMD (Product and Marketing Development). Concretely serve as the Business Partner for the Portfolio and Audience Development team, alongside acting as a conduit for insights into PMD Portfolio Management

• Inspire and provoke decisions via objectivity and inquiry-based insights

• Be anchored in key business issues and opportunities, connect the dots across multiple data and insight sources for root cause analyses, and produce compelling business storylines that are embedded and actioned by the business

• Be part of a recently formed team of Business Partners and take your part in an exciting change journey

• Work seamlessly with your own team as well as the Markets and Channels team to ensure end-to-end value chain understanding and harmonisation.

Do you have what it takes?

• Master’s Degree is preferred

• Consistent track record of proven experience in consultancy, marketing and/or insights related functions with experience in translating insights into business results

• Excellent communicator and influencer who can create impact via synthesised and integrated storytelling

• Big picture and critical thinker with the courage to constructively provoke

• Excellent collaborator with ability to work across functional areas and ideally experience working within an innovation pipeline
