Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional technical manager to join our dynamic team of Global Financial Information Systems administrators and analysts.  In this position, you will oversee a high-performance team of administrators responsible for development, maintenance and enhancement of our Financial Information Systems. You will work collaboratively with clients/users, the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all products in an efficient, timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Provide leadership to your team, overseeing employees’ progress and implementing business solutions and strategies as assigned

•Contribute to application build, maintenance and enhancement and establishment of requirements 

•Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects 

•Provide guidance and insight to management

•Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production timelines

•Work closely with project manager/s as needed during all phases of the development lifecycle

•Supervise user testing and report results—adjust requirements as needed

•Review all work produced by the development team

•Ensure work product meets company and compliance standards 

•Analyze staff’s performance and provide assistance and guidance to help these employees improve and advance in their career

•Conduct interviews, hire and train new staff as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical/Finance role

•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management

•Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment

•Exceptional communication and reporting skills

•Solid working knowledge in required software applications

•Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Nice to Have

•MBA or Master’s degree preferred

•OneStream or related EPM experience

•Major ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
