Senior Manager, Finance Technologies 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business or relevant business function or equivalent

• 10+ years executive experience in IT, 7+ years experience specifically in the Finance technology/shared services related technologies.

• Project/Program management experience of complex global projects

• Line management & people development 

• Self motivated, people leader

• Comfortable in matrixed organization setups, managing conflicts and drive change

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Serve as the strategic IT co-pilot for Finance Shared Services (GBS organization)responsible for influencing & aligning stakeholders to ensure business strategies are enabled by appropriate technology solutions. 

• Manage technology roadmaps for various business processes within the shared services like Record to Report, Order to Cash, Invoice to Pay.

• Daily Co-ordination with technology Operations team and BPO teams to ensure daily escalations are handled in a timely way.

• Familiarity with technology tools like Blackline, HighRadius, Bassware, Tungsten, CORA would be a plus.

• Manage a team of 4+ associates globally to drive technology deployments and standardizations
