We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager Environmental Health & Safety to support the growth of the Estée Lauder Oevel Campus. You will lead the EHS team ée Lauder Oevel Manufacturing buildings. You will report to the Executive Manager EHS Europe and dotted line to the Estée Lauder Oevel Plant Manager.You administer, maintain and support all applicable Environmental, Health and Safety programs. You facilitate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the Environmental and Safety Management System (ESMS) and associated programs. You maintain an awareness of new and existing relevant laws, rules and regulations and take appropriate actions to ensure timely compliance and communication to appropriate departments. You advise in responding to regulatory inquiries and inspections of Belgian and Flemish Environmental, Health & Safety Agencies. You provide information to the Estée Lauder Oevel Senior Management, the Executive Manager EHS Europe and the Global EHS Department. You administer, maintain and support Emergency Response Plans. Profile You have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in EHS and minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an EHS department lead.You have experience with ISO14001 and ISO 45001.You hold a bachelor’s or master's degree You have a Safety Advisor Level 1 certification. A Environmental Coordinator A or B certification is a plus.Y ou’re experienced in the field of Environmental Health & Safety & Project Management Coordination. You’re a strategic thinker and a team player with excellent people management skills.You’ve got excellent presentation & communication skills, both verbal and written within an organization, cross-functional and ls.
