Are you an expert Engagement Lead who wants to play a central role in developing digital touchpoints for families at LEGO?

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-end product development responsibility for brand engagement on LEGOL.com adults, connecting the strategy to all relevant stakeholders.

• Drive visibility of ongoing & future deliveries for LEGO.com brand engagement, orchestrate timing & dependencies across domains/teams such as eComm, UX, Consumer and Shopper Engagement, Marketing, Supply chain, Digital Technology and Product Development and Digital Consumer Engagement teams

• Drive communication on progress & upcoming activities to a wide range of colleagues, including visualization/showcase of the portfolio to build visibility

• Support formulation of relevant outcomes/Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) across teams

• Set and drive prioritization of the future portfolio of activities, solving problems for families

• Work actively with the owners of key activities and play an active role in removing roadblocks, running dependencies, and addressing challenges

• Work with relevant partners to understand the consumer needs and brief objectives for the digital experiences based on insights, partner input, current strategy and creative experience.

• Collaborate with the Family Engagement team to define strategy, OKRs and budget needs for LEGO.com adults in the coming year.

• Family Engagement is a newly established area within Digital Consumer Engagement. Our focus is on establishing two-way, long lasting and meaningful relationships with our consumers and shoppers.

• In short: To boost family bonds, we bring families closer to the LEGO play moments that matter, leveraging our consumer touchpoints across the portfolio of products, programmes and experiences.

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven track record of programme (portfolio) management with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational details

• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant product ownership experience, either at Product Management preferably within a digital platform, consumer product or engagement and/or e-commerce website

• Proven experience in agile ways of working

• Experience in consumer digital products or services with strong consumer brands

• Have proven results through others in a matrix organization

• Ability to work across different partners and organizational responsibilities across multiple time zones, 20 days travel approx

• Experience in communication to the family segment is a bonus

• Experience of crafting or leading product and content

• Understanding product and engagement marketing
