Job Description

Who we are looking for:

Candidate should have more then 10 years of good experience in custody and accounting reconciliation and ready to work in a challenging environment wherein they have to directly work with different stakeholders and timely resolve day to day issues  

Why this role is important to us:

Portfolio Administrators are responsible for all operational duties for multiple portfolios in various investment strategies. Portfolio Administrators work with internal and external groups to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data on each portfolio. Portfolio administrators are directly responsible with client hence they have to ensure that SLA’s are met on time

What you will be responsible for:

  • Act as primary point of contact to Portfolio Management, Relationship Management
  • Be a subject matter expert to assist internal reconciliation teams with researching and resolution of reconciliation exceptions between client and the external record keepers
  • Should have a good knowledge on the Fixed Income, Equity and Cash Operation. The candidate must be understand the cash flows and also the trade workflow.
  • Drive employee engagement to achieve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Conducting regular meeting with direct reports and internal teams to exchange the feedback and review their objectives on regular basis to keep aligned to client / organizational expectation
  • Comply with internal and external audit requirements 
  • Work on talent and knowledge management across teams
  • Make sure that SLA’s are met and timely resolution of quarries
  • Spearheading process designing inclusive of assessing business requirement, improvement, automation and enhancing the control measures to generate efficiencies

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate in commerce or MBA finance 
  • More than 10 years of experience required
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications

Additional requirements:

  • Experience in TLM, RKS, MCH, Portia and Bloomberg is an added advantage
