The Team
This role, reporting to the Director, Workplace Services, is responsible for developing and leading amenity programs for Fidelity associates. This important member of our team brings passion and enthusiasm to amenity programs that provide food and beverage services. The Senior Manager will develop and implement distinctive experiences that engage Fidelity associates across the globe, and drive a dynamic and omni-channel workplace environment. This role connects strategy and operational program management to deliver a program that differentiates Fidelity.
Fidelity Real Estate Company is the corporate real estate division of Fidelity Investments, providing a full range of services to Fidelity business units nationally and internationally. The Expertise You Have
Bachelors Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or other related subject / Master's Degree a plus
7+ years work experience in Marketing, Hospitality, Human Resources, Workplace Strategy
Strong analytical & project management skills, as well as capability to effectively navigate relationships with clear, eloquent communication
Flexibility and resourcefulness to take action in the face of ambiguity
Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint to translate sophisticated information into a simple story with graphics and visuals

Deliver services that drive Fidelity forward and support both business and associate priorities
Conducting analysis to generate insights through financial analysis, scenario modeling, benchmarking, industry trend assessments – and applying these insights to develop a strategic plan
Develop analytical frameworks to support leadership decisions, and integrate program experience to project future outcomes
Partner with Workplace Services team members to implement programming that considers operational requirements and a consistent associate experience, including but not limited to dining services, fitness, wellbeing, perks, and corporate art
Other Requirements
Ability to be onsite at a Fidelity location up to 50% of the time
Ability to travel as needed
