Job Description
This role is for you if you have:
- Proven experience of operating at a Senior level within Learning and Development
- A passion for learning and development and for all colleagues to achieve their potential.
- Up to date knowledge with the latest L&D thinking, research and technologies and a good network to share and develop ideas.
- An understanding of different leadership and learning models and excellent skills at all stages of the learning and development cycle (analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and gain credibility with key customers.
- An engaging delivery style be it during a one to one coaching session or delivering face to face training
- Chartered Membership of the CIPD or similar Learning & Development qualification
What you'll do
Leading the central L&D team you will;
- Own the content and delivery for our Career Pathways programmes
- Develop and own the succession plan mechanic for the business working with functional heads to deliver the plan
- Own our Competency Frameworks, Performance Development Review processes and 360 Feedback mechanisms ensuring alignment across all areas of the business
- Identify and manage future talent pipelines – Apprenticeships, Graduate programmes
- Own the induction programme for colleagues at Greggs House
- Steer the development and growth of our digital L&D platform
- Support the development of training across group wide leadership initiatives such as D&I
- Contribute to the Senior People team agenda
