We are looking for a talented recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.

The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

In this role, you will:
· Recruit diverse leadership candidates across the globe and possess the ability to assess their career aspirations and company fit (rather than sell a role)
· Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
· Ability to quickly develop a deep business understanding and hiring manager needs; Resulting in an efficient and high quality recruitment funnel.
· Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
· Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
· Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
· Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
The role can be based in Madrid, London, Munich, or Luxemburg.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Deeply relevant recruiting experience, including significant experience working on leadership roles and/or niche roles.
· Fluent in English and ideally a second European language
· Influencing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· Recruiting experience in-house in a technology company
· Significant client management experience
· Experience working across multiple geographies in a global environment
· Interest and ability to source passive talent on niche roles
· Passion for building diverse teams and for providing excellent candidate experiences
· Flexible and able to work on a highly collaborative team
