As a Senior IT Recruiter on our Specialty Recruiting team, you'll support the recruiting efforts for our Information Technology organization by leveraging your talent acquisition expertise and market knowledge to recruit IT talent across the US. You’ll manage full cycle recruiting and be a trusted talent advisor to our IT leaders within Progressive and our business incubator Level20. Managing a large requisition portfolio, you’ll source, interview and present highly qualified, diverse candidate slates to your business partners. As a brand ambassador for Progressive, you’ll form strong relationships with business stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Remote work allowed.
Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher and a combination of at least 4 years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a combination of at least 6 years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing
Preferred skills
Experience recruiting for complex, technical positions while being able to adapt to recruiting for variety of roles based on business needs
Experience working in full cycle recruiting including, resume review, candidate interviews, presenting job offers and managing approximately 20 requisitions at any given time
Proven ability to create new and effective sourcing strategies, in a matrixed environment, for specific roles using a variety of sourcing techniques and resources
Experience successfully engaging and influence candidates and business partners to help them achieve their goals with a customer-focused and collaborative approach
Ability to lead strategic initiatives and projects with little guidance and proactively suggest and implement process improvements
Compensation
$66,300 - $88,400/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
