What you will be doing;

• Release management - ITSA’s, unblocking all issues with CRs, GSRs and NFRs
• Identify and Unblock issues – Supporting Development, Testing, etc.
• Deployment & Configuration Management / Go live technical delivery and migration activities (weekend working)
• Management of Scrum team
• Engagement with business partner / local teams
• Pod Finances and Technical estimates
• Roadmap planning and Pipeline management
• Resource management – leading IT Pods
• Governance – Reporting & RAID
• Familiar with Cloud / Kubernetes / Kafka / Microservices architecture.

Requirements

What you will bring to the role; 

To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following skills:

• Payments Industry & Agile experience are essential
• Experience as a pod lead
• Release management experience
• Change and Environment management (Assistance with Production Support)
• Budget Management of £3million - £5 Million

This role will primarily be based in London or another UK base location, some travel may be required.
