Responsibilities
The Senior IT Product Administrator provides support for tactical activities related to the coordination, communication, and development of products that support business goals. This position attends technical analysis, design, and requirements gathering meetings to define product objectives, requirements, features, and measurement of success to meet business goals. The Product Administrator also assists with executing product strategy and developing competitive analysis.

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Administrator (or equivalent support specialist role)
Must have proven experience in assessing and responding to user requests for product or service support; identify, recommend, present possible solutions, and communicate request statuses
Experience in escalating complex issues, as needed; follows established escalation procedures
Must have experience in logging, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on requests from end users
Required to resolve inquiries pertaining to the functional or work-flow operation of end-user products
Must have experience in providing subject matter expertise and best practices for problem resolution and product operation to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to use basic knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to resolve simple to moderately complex issues in creative and effective ways
Must have general experience in preparation and delivery of informal presentations to small teams
Must have experience in the development and upkeep of documentation for internal support and/or training
Assist with task automation and process improvements, as directed
Must possess ability to maintain established service level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards
Preferred:
Experience with XML language
Experience with SOAP UI
Experience with Splunk
Backend data center experience: Odyssey, Account Maintenance, Locator, or Rating, (Specific for internal hires)
Rate and/or Contract data setup experience (Specific for internal hires)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Ability to perform application administrative functions, including implementing and/or managing end users’ requests
Ability to create and deliver formal presentations to large groups outside team and/or department
Experience in working on large, moderately complex assignments
Experience working with Jira, Sharepoint and Exchange
