Job Description Summary
We need a versatile, enthusiastic designer who’ll play a vital role in ensuring all design work creates a cohesive Lloyds Banking Group experience. One that’s consistent for customers, while supporting colleagues.This role is in the Consumer Onboarding design team, where we focus on creating simple, personalised, end-to-end onboarding customer experiences on our mobile apps and websites across multiple brands.

Who are the Retail Design Team?
We help drive the future vision of Lloyds Banking Group’s retail space, which is made up of many parts: 17 million active digital customers, 1,800 branches and 80 million phone calls yearly. We make sure all customers feel financially supported: in-branch, online or by phone.

We’re looking for a versatile, enthusiastic designer who’ll play a vital role in ensuring all our design work creates a cohesive Lloyds Banking Group experience. One that’s consistent for customers, while supporting colleagues. As Interaction Designer you’ll be responsible for all interaction design elements, from design thinking through to deployment.
As Senior Interaction Designer You’ll be part of a cross-functional project team and responsible for all interaction design elements, from design thinking through to deployment.
