We have a vacancy for a Senior WinTel Engineer - PKI to help develop and evolve our service to meet the fast-changing needs of our partners.

Job description

The successful candidate will need to combine strong technical skills with a consultative approach and work within a team of engineers ensuring services are integrated, delivered and operated to a high standard.

Joining the Technology, Engineering and Operations function as a Senior WinTel Engineer - PKI, you will have responsibility for Administering, maintaining, configuring and developing our Microsoft stack and specifically our various Certificate Authorities and Hardware Security Modules.

You will use your knowledge and experience to ensure that the infrastructure and services are configured securely, highly available and performant. Working with internal Product Management teams you will further develop the core platforms to meet availability requirements and emerging user needs.

Responsibilities

• Work within a specialised team to support and maintain the infrastructure of our Microsoft Certificate Authorities and Hardware Security Modules

• Proactively monitor platforms to identify security, performance and capacity issues

• Work autonomously in an AGILE team to manage a balanced workload of support and project deliverables.

• Documentation of processes, configuration and known fixes to develop a shared knowledge base.

• Controlled delivery of improvements, changes, and patches

• Work with the technical architects, other technical teams and external vendors to produce solutions that are intended to add to or improve functionality to the service
