What You Need To Know
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has an immediate opportunity to work on our HR Technology Team supporting Talent Management, as a Sr. HRIS Analyst. Partnering with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Process design and Operations teams. You will use your knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) to partner with a dynamic HR team to improve processes and workflow design to meet the business and employee’s needs.
Overview
The Performance and Talent Management Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the administration of the annual performance management process and supporting the Succession Planning process through SAP SuccessFactors.
Primary Responsibilities
- For performance management, duties include managing goal setting, informal and formal feedback, performance reviews, and development planning
- For talent management, duties include providing system and process support for Talent Reviews and Succession Planning via SAP SuccessFactors
- Developing and implementing communication plans
- Developing, monitoring, and taking action on reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop HRIS solutions, process improvements, and policy changes designed to improve user experience and process efficiency
- Analyze, evaluate, and design HRIS configuration needs and existing design to meet changing demands
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the HRIS Talent Management vertical
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote awareness of system capabilities, new releases and upgrades, and how they impact existing and future HR functionality
- Perform key annual processes within the HRIS system, while utilizing independent judgement but not limited to: Performance Reviews, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Development, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, integrations, business processes and security.
- Serve on or lead small project teams.
- Point of escalation for the HR Operation Center.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Two years of demonstrated SAP, HCM, OM, and PA experience with knowledge of HRIS processes and systems
- Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
