Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
•    Supports the development of global HR strategy and priorities with CHRO and HRLT
•    Is responsible for scoping, planning, and reviewing progress of people priorities as part of the People Strategy
•    Plans and coordinates HRLT meetings – coordinates agenda, reviews and shares pre-reads
•    Prepares the design and materials for HRD + HR Leadership Summit. Offers support to HRLT members in preparation.
•    Board level document creation – create, review and edit documents such as pre-reads or papers that are ready for ExCo consumption
•    Coordinates ExCo people related topics and related materials, with associated support teams, and reviews pre-reads.
•    Ensures the effective run of CoE projects, outside of FRHR. Tracks and reports on the progress associated with the projects.
•    Oversees project budget for CoEs, works closely with budget owners for VLO and HR Operations to align budgets with Head of HR and Head of Finance 
•    Runs logistics for CoE SteerCos and HRLT meetings
•    Coordinates pre-read preparation for SteerCos and communicates follow up actions.
•    Takes the lead on compliance and governance activities. Such as generating crucial HR reports, including annual reports, sustainability reports and ad hoc report requests from investor relations.
•    Crucial link between Internal Comms and HR liaising on internal and external communications and events for the CHRO and HRLT, 

 

 

Core Competencies: 
•    Strategy Development – ability to research, develop and deploy strategic initiatives. 
•    Board level document creation – ability to create, review and edit documents such as pre-reads or papers that are ready for ExCo consumption
•    Project Management – project management skills essential as this role will lead multiple varied projects
•    Advanced Communication – ability to script eloquently written, on brand, communications in a fast and effective manner 
•    Stakeholder Management – C level stakeholder management skills needed, as co-ordination and organisation of relevant stakeholders a critical element of role
•    Facilitation – key role in facilitation of HRLT meetings & workshops as well as any ExCo activity led by HR
