• Assist leaders and the Employee Relations department with investigations, performance, disciplinary cases, etc.
• Manage local benefits – driving the process, communicate and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on medical insurance, company cars, etc.
• Simplify local processes and liaise where appropriate with our Business Service Operations team.
• Daily key contact for payroll related matters raised by our Shared Service Center.
• Advise and administratively support expat mobility cases.
• Advise and support with absence cases and occupational health.
• Oversee maternity/paternity/flexible working requests.
• Deliver HR related reporting, such as salary benchmarking and absence monitoring.
• Contribute to projects related to rewards, responsible workplace, promotions, employee experience, HCM system, GDPR, etc.
• Carry out local administration activities where needed including finance and purchase orders.
Together with another Senior HR Consultant colleague, you will be the contact for day-to-day HR Operations topics and support the UK Employee Relations Manager on ER related matters. You will also together with your colleague drive the administration of the end-to-end employee lifecycle with the support of our Shared Service Center.
• Demonstrable experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a matrix organisation.
• Mastery of general HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle management.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment laws (Irish employment law would be advantageous).
• Solid knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Collaborative, problem-solving and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English, written and oral, is required.
