You’ll partner with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, diversity, equity, & inclusion, and employee retention & engagement.
To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help senior business leaders look around corners, with data-driven recommendations for innovative programs, as well as iterate on current programs to improve performance, retention and drive the overall employee experience. You must have the ability to see patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend and develop both immediate and long-term solutions and mechanisms. . Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in an HR business partner role
· HR experience in high tech or entrepreneurial environments
· Project Management Experience
· Effective analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance
· Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high quality documents as well as present and facilitate group meetings and events
· Thoughtful listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
· Excellent talent assessment skills
· Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
