As Senior HR Business Advisor – Operations, you will be responsible to:
- Provide end-to-end HR solutions related to talent & performance management, organization development and industrial relations
- Proactively engage with Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) Union to develop them as strategic business partners to ensure employee engagement & welfare
- Provide support to HRBP – Operations during Charter of Demand negotiations with CBA
- Work closely with Communities of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Operations to ensure timely delivery to business as effective HR Business Advisor
- Coordinate and implement HR programs and ensure they remain relevant to the business needs and are aligned to the global approach
- Support in developing HR plans for Operations functions and ensure timely and efficient delivery of HR projects.
- Champion the organization values & culture and deliver HR services which ‘add value’ to HR People Processes.
- Actively participate and coordinate implementation of global and local HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees to support the effective utilization of the performance management system for effective goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
This position is well-suited for you if you have:
- Strong working knowledge of HR people processes such as talent management, talent acquisition, organization development & design and industrial relations
- Worked at a manufacturing facility and have hands-on experience of interacting with shop floor employees and CBA Unions to achieve business goals & objectives
- Good working knowledge of relevant Labor Laws with ability to maintain cordial relationship with external stakeholders such as local labor office, EOBI, PESSI etc.
- Strong organization & influencing skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Office
- Data analytics capability and digital awareness
You are eligible to apply if you have:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or Social Sciences.
- 5 – 7 years of relevant HR experience at a Manufacturing facility with a multinational or a large local organization.
