Reporting to the HR Technology Director, you will be part of the HR technology Data & Analytics team. You will strengthen our HR organization by enhancing our analytical and reporting capabilities and promoting data-driven people decisions through reporting, projects and system enhancements.
You Will:
- Consult with HR and Business partners to develop and provide curated data sources, reports and dashboards that help deliver impactful, actionable insights
- Collaborate effectively within HR to ensure a consistent experience and high-quality product outcomes
- Apply data visualization best practices to effectively tell the story behind complex data sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Work with multiple data sources and Workday applications to create integrated views that enhance customer access to information and promote a data-driven, self-service culture
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Workday business processes and HR functions as it relates to data and HR reporting
- Document data flows for important processes to maintain data policies, inform any cross-team impact from proposed data changes and to provide as a reference to data projects
- Partner with business owners, HR functions and system owners to maintain data integrity of Workday data at source systems
- Provide input and participate in projects that involve any upstream or downstream data flows and processes
- Manipulate and extract data while maintaining confidential information
- Troubleshoot data issues, working with a range of other teams
- Follow system security strategies and processes.
- Provide project management support and assist project teams with HR technology initiatives, including new application adoption, testing, configuration & implementation
- Recommend process improvements and creative solutions, and ensure processes and procedures are documented and current.

You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Data management or Business analytics
- 3 or more years’ experience with Workday Reporting
- Understanding of HR, business, and functional practices and processes and proven ability to provide relevant metrics aligned to those objectives and processes
- Experience working with Workday integration technologies preferred
- Willingness to work in a change-filled environment, managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
