Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you for designing internal and external-facing digital publications such as white papers and industry reports; creating website assets, infographics, product explainers, sales presentations, training materials, and other communication assets. We’ll expect you to demonstrate the ability to follow style guidelines and incorporate verbal direction into all projects, following through with all creative initiatives with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. We will be counting on you to make creative decisions, suggest possible solutions to different design problems; give constructive feedback on designs (website or on any other older existing design), and be able to improve them.

For such a role we need you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a graphic designer in an agency or on a client-side. We will need you to bring advanced skills in the latest versions of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have a passion for PowerPoint presentation design, infographics, and overall presentation of information. We expect the potential candidate to have experience working for a global brand with multiple stakeholders being able to independently manage their time and projects. UI/UX, HTML5 animation, and animation skills would be an added advantage.

The annual gross base salary is from 2, 051- 3,801 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
