Core Responsibilities

• In Depth analysis: using multiple data sets to extract new knowledge for agile and evidence based decision making

• Experiments: analyzing experiences that prove or disprove our hypotheses, logging our takeaways to guide others

• Insights: extracting the pertinent facts and shaping insights from multiple data sources to guide agile decision making

• Storytelling: building and presenting a compelling narrative that connects the art and science of go-to-market opportunities

• Go-to-market: proven understanding of direct to consumer product test and launch across a full commercial ecosystem

• Self starter: building models and tools from scratch, fit for purpose and for others to use

No proven path exists; through astute observation and evidence gathering, experimentation and rapid iteration, we build business cases that support global rollout of our new products!

We’re looking to boost our Go-to-market capability to build more rigour into how we shape all new innovations from seed to scale, within the Play Propositions team.

Travel to our global hubs may often be required, but this can be flexible to your circumstances.

Do you have what it takes?

Experience and track record are more relevant than specific education. Knowledge of the toy, entertainment, gaming, e-commerce, start up or agency landscape is ideal.

Proficiency in English, written and oral, is required.
