Job Summary:

Disney Yellow Shoes, the in-house creative advertising agency for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (known here as a Senior Digital Creative Developer) to serve as an essential part of our digital development and production team to manage our proprietary email marketing web application, API integrations, CMS configurations, and cloud-based hosting environments.

This position will report to the Group Digital Director

Responsibilities:

The Senior Digital Creative Developer is a hands-on Full Stack Developer comfortable implementing code across a variety of environments with experience developing responsive websites and web apps, QA testing, spinning up proofs-of-concept, and implementing automated solutions. The Senior Digital Creative Developer will be an expert in email development and digital ad industry standards, lead technical discussions, work with cross-discipline partners, and be the agency's overall technical advisor.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of developing web applications for enterprise or consumer use
• Experience working in an Agile Team consisting of product, design, QA and development
• Experience in relevant technologies, such as
  • PHP (CodeIgniter/OOO frameworks)
  • HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap)
  • JavaScript
  • Python
  • Database (MySQL)
  • Git
  • VM/Linux server environments (LAMP stack)
  • Adobe Campaign or similar digital CMS solutions

• Competencies and Soft Skills
• Collaborate and explain technical aspects of projects with non-technical teams
• Work self-sufficiently among multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years interactive design and development experience with a primary focus on email marketing and digital display ads
• Experience working in a creative advertising agency
• Mid-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate)
• Technical knowledge of email development and deployment-Technical knowledge of digital display publication and display process
• Git version control
• VM/Linux server environments and command line
• QA testing environments
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design

Required Education

Associates degree or equivalent technical degree or related work experience

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
