As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for a variety of areas within our organization. You will help shape and lead simplification and closing activities and measuring performance of specific project of the overall business. You will help build specific initiatives for the Operational and Finance teams to improve visibility, system & tool adoption and business performance.
 

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Shaping operational accountability through establishing and tracking regional Sales, Contribution Margin and Cost of Quality targets.
• Partnering with Operations/Sourcing/Account Payable & Controllership and provide financial training when required.
• Proactively provide financial Risk and Opportunities to the GM and CFO
• Supporting division level initiatives, special projects, requests and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
• Performing Root Cause Analysis for any financial sloppiness, propose controls and process improvements to avoid happening again
• Taking initiative to formulate and shape process improvements (aligned with Global Controllership), with confidence to test the status quo
• Managing intercompany billings and improving process with center of excellence
• Ensuring compliance managing the recording of the progress billing and collection from inception to final revenue recognition
• Ensuring close coordination with Accenture with COEs related to North America financials
• Influencing and supporting Operations on linearity (Billing, Sales)
• Executing simplification projects focused on improving financials processes / performance and system usage

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Demonstrate substantial, proven and progressive controllership, financial planning, and analysis experience
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills

• Motivated, proactive, high-energy, positive attitude and team player
• Have compelling analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Have the ability to clearly communicate to Senior Leaders, establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships
