Bloomberg is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Corporate FP&A specifically within the Operations and Finance Transformation & Automation team for our Global Client. This is a dynamic reporting role that will provide the candidate the opportunity to gain an understanding of our financial systems, streamline reporting needs, and assist in outlook & budgeting processes.

We'll trust you to:

• Provide reporting, analysis and insights related to financial trends and strategy
• Identify and develop new and improved reporting tools and processes for Corporate Planning processes
• Manage the monthly reporting activities to ensure SAP reflects operational efficiencies
• Partner with the Management Reporting, Corporate Accounting, and CFO Teams for projects related to automation of reporting and analysis
• Engage with the SAP team to maintain data integrity in EPM and reporting systems
• Partner with CFO teams and SAP to run the annual allocation and overhead process including enhancements to the current model and consolidated reporting

You'll need to have:

• A BA or BS in Accounting or Finance, and 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Advanced Excel skills plus familiarity with other systems (e.g. Hyperion, EPM, SAP)
• Proven track record to develop and manage budgets, projects and process change
• Operational excellence and experience driving continuous improvement
• Curiosity, a client service oriented mindset. and experience working in a collaborative environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

We’d love to see:

• Prior experience in corporate consolidations, analysis and reporting
• Financial modeling and corporate allocations experience
• Experience and familiarity with creating reports in SAP/ EPM
