The position will primarily be responsible for leading the financial and operational forecast cycles, monthly close, and ad-hoc analysis needs associated with Field Service(CB), OSPM, and Capitalization in Planning COE. This position will share responsibilities with other team members for preparation of month end reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and review of reports/analysis with internal and external stakeholders. This role will be relied on to work with other teams in Business Operations and various other departments to align on business happenings and determine the impact of operational programs and initiatives on the short and long-range plans. The person in this position will also be expected to provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and support change initiatives.
Supports all financial processes, including but not limited to forecasting/budget preparation, monthly close analysis, and management reporting.
Supports the monthly close process and address accounting/finance related inquiries for operating expense.
Interprets reporting and analyses and develops messaging to communicate to various audiences (executives, stakeholders, etc.)
Develops and modifies financial models used for the planning cycles.
Develops and modifies financial reports for executive management.
Develops, maintains, and provides historical and prospective financial information and ad-hoc analysis
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships critical to success
Qualifications:
Minimum
5 or more years of experience preferred in related field (Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.)
Solid financial modeling and analytical skills required.
Advanced MS Excel skills required, including formulas, financial functions, pivot tables, design, and formatting for executive presentations
Preferred
BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.)
Experience with Oracle, Essbase/Smartview, and Tableau experience preferred.
