The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Marketing Strategy (GMS) finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and provide influential insights. This Senior Financial Analyst role will report to the Senior Finance Manager and be part of fun & collaborative team. This role will serve as the primary business partner for the Adobe.com and work closely to support standardization across all of the GMS COEs.

What you'll Do

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner to the Adobe.com leadership team, and backup support for other COEs.
• End-to-end management of expenses and headcount fiscal responsibilities including month end close processes, monthly/quarterly forecasting, spend management and annual budgeting process.
• Lead budget prioritization discussions, highlight risks/opportunities throughout the quarter, and provide qualitative analysis to support business activities.
• Prepare and present dashboards for senior management with commentary and business diagnostics to highlight key trends and takeaways.
• Partner with Finance Lead on management of the variable marketing transfer process.
• Lead various ad-hoc projects to drive continual operational improvements, framework enhancements in support of generating meaningful insights, and reporting automation.
• Take initiative to drive operational consistencies and influence standard methodologies among both GMS finance and FP&A.

• Strong analytical and accounting skills; Outstanding communication and business partnership skills, must understand key business drivers, possess the ability to communicate financial implications/business impact and provide executable recommendations
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
• Expert Excel skills are crucial, comfortable working in PowerPoint desireable, and experience with Tableau and Anaplan are preferred. SQL and PowerBI skills are an added bonus!
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
