This position sits within Center of Enterprise Technology Analytics team supporting Technology Finance.  Success will require an analytic attitude, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, intellectual curiosity, and ability to multi-task.  As a member of the team, you will assist with the month-end close activities, recurring monthly reporting, and providing team members, business partners and senior leaders with timely, insightful, and action-oriented financial analysis, modeling, and financial projections that will enable effective decision-making and aid the business in achieving its strategic and financial goals.

The Financial Analyst IV is aligned with a specific Technology Finance BU and tasked with providing excellent finance support and advice to the BU.  The role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting spend across the P&L, maintaining positive relationship across Technology Finance Teams, and execute financial controls.  In addition, this position plays a lead role month-end close activities and variance commentary production, reviewing BU recovery and making recommendations on billing adjustments, and providing monthly financial reviews to leadership and partners.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with 7+ years of related work experience. MBA preferred.

Applicants must have exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams are a must.

The Value You Deliver

Influencing senior business leaders on key decisions by providing clear and concise evaluations, analysis and financial models.

Developing financial analysis and reporting of BU revenues and expenses including periodic reporting and analysis as well as month-end close processing and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and related business commentary.

Supporting ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and develop recommendations, including scenario analysis.

Evaluating and improving IT financial management processes to meet changing business needs and efficiency goals.

Demonstrates understanding of process flow and makes recommendations for improvement

Reviewing junior level analysts work for your assigned BU.

Shares findings with the broader finance team and provides mentorship to more junior associates
