Senior Finance Manger – Supply Chain & Capex
As a Senior Finance Manager at ASOS you will have responsibility for helping to deliver the financial and business plans. You will be partnering and challenging the business and other finance teams to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts and reporting. You will be a fundamental part of the wider finance team and help contribute to the success of both finance and ASOS.
What you’ll be doing…
Build holistic supply chain view and ensure best practice across team
Key business partner for Group Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain Development Director
Support warehouse & distribution costs for multiple regions analysing run rates, looking for opportunities and analysing trends to understand future impact
Identify and develop opportunities with area while considering all business impacts
Challenge all cost areas looking to drive performance and analyse trends
Critically analyse site budget and forecast submissions for ASOS approval
Ensure regular reporting fits need of business to analyse performance and spot trends instantly
Work with the respective operational teams to guide and recommend appropriate changes within the warehouse operations
Forecasting & Budgeting of capex spend, P&L depreciation including IFRS16 and management of the Fixed Asset Register
Ensuring full governance of capex spend including review & challenge of Capex requests
Coordinating capex sign off process up to CFO level
Leading financials for long term supply chain projects and capacity planning
Managing internal/external audit requirements
Lead team of multiple senior finance analysts and finance analysts

Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations
Strong communication skills and the capability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and line management skills
Ability to deliver strong business partnering relationships with proven results
Industry experience in logistics, e-commerce or retail
Financial modelling and use of financial and reporting systems (MS Excel, SQL Server, Microstrategy, TM1, Dynamics all preferred)
Excellent presentational skills (MS PowerPoint) and confident of presenting to senior management
ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified – 5 Year PQE minimum
Prior supply chain experience preferable
